About the Chef
"Chef James is the son of Greek immigrants from the island of Cyprus. As a young boy, he began his culinary journey in the kitchen of his grandparent’s restaurant in Downtown Brooklyn. Always watching and learning, he picked up different techniques and methods of cooking. He comes from a long line of chefs who are masters in traditional Greek cuisine.
Later in life, he was a personal bodyguard to the stars, where he experienced culinary excellence from some of the world’s top-rated chefs. He is now bringing that to you on Staten Island with his own twist.
The Menu is constantly changing and adapting to each season of the year, bringing out different flavor combinations to enhance your experience and give your palate a whirl.
When he’s not cooking for you, Chef James grows vegetables with his dad at the family house, which he uses in many of his recipes. It’s about as farm-to-table as it comes, all without leaving Staten Island.
